摘要
非核心高校学报的发展对促进学术交流具有重要作用,非核心高校学报要提升自身品质,实现可持续发展,就必须走特色化发展之路。然而,非核心高校学报要实现特色化发展,要比核心期刊面临更多的困难,也要付出更多的努力。非核心高校学报只有破旧立新,大胆改革,才能实现特色化发展。
The development of non core periodicals of colleges and universities to promote the academic exchanges have an important role.Non core periodicals of colleges and universities to improve their own quality, achieve sustainable development, we must characteristics of development. However, the non core periodicals of colleges and universities should realize the characteristic to develop, to face more difficulties than the core periodicals, also need to pay more effort, non core periodicals of colleges and universities should destroy the old and establish the new bold reform, to achieve characteristic development.
