Hot deformation behavior and processing map of Ti6242 alloy

摘要 利用Gleeble-3800对Ti6242合金进行热模拟压缩试验。研究了压缩量为60%、应变速率分别为0.01、0.1、1、10 s^-1,变形温度分别是900、950、1000、1050、1100℃条件下试样的热变形行为。根据试验参数得出Ti6242合金本构方程,绘制Ti6242合金真应力-应变曲线,基于动态材料模型建立热加工图。结果表明,流变应力随着变形温度的升高而下降,随着应变速率的增加而升高,变形激活能Q=453.74 kJ/mol,最佳热加工工艺为变形温度1000-1050℃应变速率0.1 s&-1左右。 Hot simulation compression test of Ti6242 alloy was conducted on Gleeble-3800 test machine. The hot deformation behavior of the alloy was investigated at the strain rate of 0. 01,0. 1,1,10 s^-1 and temperature of 900,950,1000,1050,1100 ℃ and 60% height reduction. The constitutive equation of Ti6242 alloy was obtained. The flow stress-stain curves of Ti6242 alloy under different deformation condition were plotted. The processing maps were established based on dynamic materials model. The results show that the flow stress of Ti6242 alloy are markedly influenced by deformation temperature and strain rate. Flow stresses decrease with the increase of deformation temperature and increase with the increase of strain rate. The activation energy of Ti6242 alloy is about 453. 74 kJ/mol, the best hot deformation condition process parameters are at 1000-1050 ℃ and the strain rate of 0. 1 s^-1 .
