摘要
针对发动机缸体在加工中部分刀具出现的问题,通过对切削结果进行对比分析,结合机床性能和生产节拍的要求,确定刀具型式、几何参数及切削参数,满足了加工要求。仅以缸体销孔、前后端面及顶面的加工为例介绍了相关刀具的优化过程。
Aiming at the problems of tools in cylinder block machining, through the comparative analysis on cutting result, combined with requirements of the machine performance and cycle time, determine the tool type, geometry parameters and cutting parameters, meet the machining requirement. The tool optimization is introduced using the machining of cylinder block pin hole, front and rear face and top face as an example.
