摘要
目的:了解百姓对分级诊疗体系认知状况,为规范分级诊疗体系制度建设提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样法,利用自制问卷调查2014年12月在我院就诊的部分门诊患者,调查内容包括调查对象的基本信息、对分级诊疗体系及基层社区医院的认知状况等。结果:共发放问卷200份,回收有效问卷196份,有效回收率为98%。本次调查中55.1%的百姓对分级诊疗不了解;61.2%的百姓不接受分级诊疗,42.9%的百姓选择自由择医,所在社区宣传分级诊疗的占43.9%。百姓对社区基层医院的认知状况:认为基层医院设备简陋占75.5%、诊疗水平低下占80.1%、基层医院药品不全占82.7%、夜间就诊困难占51.5%。结论:卫生行政部门需大力宣传,让百姓真正理解分级诊疗内涵,合理引导病人流向;夯实基层社区医院医疗护理队伍,提高基层社区医院服务能力,让基层社区医院成为百姓放心的首诊医院,更好地推行分级诊疗体系制度顺利实施。
Objective To investigate the awareness and understanding level of the hierarchical medical system and to provide a basis for the construction. Methods By a self-designed questionnaire, outpatients in our hospital were selected and investigated dur- ing December 2014 to explore the demographics of the participants, the perceived cognition levels of hierarchical medical system and primary hospitals. Results 200 questionnaires were sent out, and 196 effective questionnaires were obtained, with effective re- covery rate with 98%. It was found that 55.1% participants did not know hierarchical medical system, 61.2% were not able to accept the system,42.9% participants supported freedom-seek-treatment, and 43.9% communities made efforts to disseminate the information of hierarchical medical system. About the condition of the primary hospitals, 75.5% participants considered that pri- mary hospital had poor facility, 80.1% of them believed primary hospitals had lower therapy level, 82.7% of them thought prima- ry hospitals lacked some drugs ,51.5% of them considered it difficult to perform night emergency visit. Conclusion Health adminis- trative departments should strengthen propaganda vigorously to make people really understand the connotation of hierarchical diag- nosis and treatment. They also need make efforts to guide the patient flow. It is important to strengthen primary health care team, improve service ability of the primary hospital. By this way, people are expected to trust the primary hospital for first visit hospitals so that hierarchical medical system can be implemented smoothly.
