摘要
阐述了港口机械用液压轮边制动系统的工作原理;以液压轮边制动系统为对象,应用可靠性框图法进行松闸过程、保压过程、制动过程三种工作状态的可靠性分析;预测出各工作状态以及液压系统整体可靠度随时间的变化趋势;定量地估计了液压轮边制动系统的可靠性,并结合现场使用工况对预测结果进行了分析。
The principle of hydraulic wheel brake system used for port machinery is introduced in this paper. The reliabilities of hydraulic wheel brake system under three kinds of working condition: declutching process, pressure maintaining process and braking process is analyzed based on the reliability block diagram. The reliabilityvariation trend with time of three kinds of working condition and hydraulic system is forecated. And the reliability of hydraulic wheel brake system is quantificationally estimated. Then the forecast results is analyzed based on the use of condition.
