为了能够科学合理地建设宁夏广电省级客服呼叫中心,采用集中接入方式,通过优化流转、质监模式的方法,在应用中提高了中继线路和坐席安排的资源利用效率,实现了系统软硬件建设适应网络整合及运营的整体目标.
In order to construct Ningxia radio and television customer service call center scientifically, centralized access method was adopted to improve circulation and quality monitoring. In application, resource utilization efficiency was raised on the hand of trunk line and seating arrangement. The whole taget were realized in adaptation of hardware and software construction to network integration and operation.
