摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+磷酸溶液为流动相,使用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在280nm波长下对异噻菌胺原药进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为1.000 0,标准偏差为0.39,变异系数为0.39%,平均回收率为100.08%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of IsotianilTC by HPLC with ace- tonitrile and H3PO4 solution as mobile phase, ZORBAX SB-C18 column and DAD at 280nm wavelength was described. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0, the standard deviation was 0.39, the variation coefficient was 0.39%, the average recovery was 100.08%.
