摘要
目的观察痔浴宝洗剂防治肛门病术后局部并发症的疗效。方法 100例实施肛门病开放性手术患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用痔浴宝洗剂坐浴,对照组采用1/5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴。观察术后肛门疼痛、水肿、出血、创面愈合情况。结果治疗组患者肛门疼痛评分、愈合时间、水肿发生率、肛门渗血发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痔浴宝洗剂坐浴对肛门病术后疗效显著,降低水肿和肛门渗血发生率,促进创面愈合,临床可推广使用。
Objective To observe the curative effect by Zhiyubao lotion in prevention and treatment of local complications after anal operation. Methods A total of 100 patients receiving anal open operation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The treatment group received Zhiyubao lotion for hip bath, and the control group received 1/5000 potassium permanganate solution for hip bath. Postoperative anal pain, edema, hemorrhage, and wound healing were observed. Results The treatment group had all better anal pain score, healing time, incidences of edema and anal hemorrhage than the control group, and their differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of Zhiyubao lotion for hip bath provides precise effect in treating complications after anal operation. It can reduce incidences of edema and anal hemorrhage, and accelerate wound healing. This method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
