摘要
粗粒级选粉机是一种新型分级粗颗粒级别的选粉设备。采用流体动力学(CFD)软件对选粉机内部的三维流场进行分析,通过改变选粉机转子的转速,分析其内流场速度矢量变化规律。研究了影响选粉机细粉分级效率的因素,根据细粉逃逸率情况对分级结果做出分析,得到选粉机的最佳工况,并为选粉机的动力参数和结构设计提供优化数据。
The coarse powder air classifier is a kind of new equipment for classifying coarse powder. CDF software was applied to analyze the 3D flow field inside an air classifier, and analyzed the variation laws of velocity vector of the flow field by altering the rotary speed of the classifier rotor. In addition, it studied the factors affecting the fine powder classification efficiency of the air classifier, and analyzed the classification results according to the escape ratio of fine powder, thus the optimal operation mode of the air classifier was obtained. The study offered data for optimization of kinetic parameters and structure of the coarse powder air classifier.
