摘要
魁封层是一种新型的预养护技术,采用压缝带+CAP还原剂的组合工艺,有效地闭合裂缝及裂纹。通过将CAP加入到老化沥青中,测试沥青的粘度及其他性能指标的变化。结果表明,CAP能大幅降低老化沥青的布氏粘度,并且对沥青各项性能均有提升,恢复了老化沥青的粘流特质。在工程应用中,实施魁封层后的沥青路面不渗水,抗滑能力有所提升,且使用2 a后路面状况仍好于施工前水平。
The Quebecsealisanew preventive maintenance technology. The combined technology of pressing belt+ CAP reduction agent is used to efficiently close the cracks and flaws. The viscosity of asphalt and variety of the other performance indexes are test by adding CAP into the ageing asphalt. The result shows that CAP can greatly reduce the Brookfield viscosity of ageing asphalt, improve various performances of asphalt and recover the viscous flow characteristics of ageing asphalt. In the engineering application, the Quebec seal after implemented can prevent the asphalt pavement from water seepage and improve the anti-sliding ability of pavement, and the pavementstatusisstillbetterthan thelevelbeforeconstruction afterits2 aapplication.
