摘要
使用Rofin FL010光纤固体激光器对H13模具钢进行表面熔凝强化处理,通过对不同工艺参数下的表面熔凝强化层硬度和耐磨性的比较,得到一组较优的工艺参数。试验结果表明,经激光表面熔凝强化的H13模具钢,其表面硬度和耐磨性大大提高。在本试验条件下,激光功率1000 W,扫描速度15 mm/s时,可以获得较好的硬度值和耐磨性。表面熔凝强化层硬度和耐磨性提高的原因在于生成了晶粒细小的马氏体组织。
By Rofin FL010 fiber laser,the laser surface melting technology was carried out on hot-work die steel of H13 in order to strengthen its surface hardness and wear resistance.The better process parameters can be obtained by comparing surface hardness and wear resistance under different parameters.The results show that the hardness and wear resistance of H13 die steel are greatly improved after being melted with laser.In the experiments,the hardness and wear resistance of H13 die steel is higher when the laser power is 1000 W and the scanning velocity is 15 mm/s.The properties are improved because fine grained martensite is created.
