摘要
目的:了解桂林市城区居民对社区卫生服务的满意度及其影响因素,为改善桂林市社区卫生服务质量提供依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法抽取桂林市20家社区卫生服务中心(站)就诊居民进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果:桂林市社区卫生就诊居民对社区卫生服务的总体满意度为69.3%,影响满意度的因素有文化程度、职业、医疗支付方式、服务环境和设施、服务流程、技术水平等。结论:桂林市社区居民对社区卫生服务的总体满意度处于中等水平,加大对社区卫生服务机构的资金投入,改善就诊环境和提高医疗技术水平是提高满意度的关键。
Objective： To explore the satisfaction degree of Guilin urban residents on community health services （CHS） and its influence factors, so that provide foundation for the improvement of CHS quality in Guilin city. Methods： 600 residents from 20 CHS centers or stations in Guilin were selected using a stratified random method. Following the entire completion of a questionnaire sur- vey, SPSS 13.0 was used to an The main influence factors incl facility, service process, techn alyze the data. Results： The overall satisfaction of CHS was 69.3%. uded literacy, ological level, career, the pattern of payment, service environment, and so on. Conclusions： The overall satisfaction degree of Guilin urban residents on CHS is above medium level, which may be improved by increased input, better medical condition and technological level.
