摘要
在深部综放工作面开采时,沿空掘巷的支护和维护难度大,特别是大断面沿空掘巷,支护问题更加突出。本文针对深部综放大断面沿空掘巷实体煤帮破坏范围大、鼓出严重的难题,提出了一种锚杆、金属网和长锚索联合的实体煤帮加固方法,分析了加固原理,提出了设计方法和控制对策并通过现场应用证实了这种加固方法的有效性。
Under the deep mining conditions of fully mechanized caving face, roadway support and mainte- nance along goal is difficult, especially in large cross - section along goal, which support problem is particu- larly acute. In this paper, a combination method of bolt, metal mesh and long anchor cable to reinforce the in- tegrated coal beside the roadway is proposed to solve the problem of large range failure and serious bulging of the integrated coal beside the roadway under the deep mining conditions of fully mechanized caving face in large cross - section along goal. The mechanism of reinforcement is analyzed. The design and control strategies of the combination method are put forward and then the effectiveness of this reinforcement method is demon- strated by field application.
