导管安装感应钎焊温度场影响因素分析

摘要 针对某型号导管安装感应钎焊的特点,建立不锈钢导管的有限元分析模型。基于电磁场和温度场顺序耦合的有限元分析方法,采用ANSYS软件对导管焊接区域的温度场进行三维瞬态分析。结果表明,导管接头焊接区域的温度场分布不均匀,在轴向上呈中间位置高,往两边逐渐降低的分布,温度梯度较大。重点讨论保护气体和软式感应线圈缠绕方法对温度场分布的影响,在此基础上提出了工艺改进方法,其改善了温度场分布,并在现场获得了成功应用。 According to the characteristics of onsite induction brazing of certain type tubes,the finite element analytical model of stainless steel tubes was built. Based on the electromagnetic field and temperature field sequential coupling finite element method,the 3D transient analysis of temperature field on the tubes’welding zone was conducted with ANSYS. The results show that temperature distribution on the tubes is nonuniform. The influences of the inert gas and winding methods of induction coil on the temperature distribution on the tubes are analyzed deeply. To optimize the process and improve the uniformity of the temperature distribution on the tubes,some methods are put forward. The methods have been successfully applied to the practical production line.
