摘要 此文设计并实现了基于WSCN的工业废气、油烟智能净化与监测系统。本系统框架总体分为三层,终端层在每个净化器内嵌入智能节点,采用飞思卡尔的MKW01Z128(简称KW01)作为控制芯片,负责信息状态采集与Zigbee通信;中间层为主控器节点,采用K60作为主控芯片,同时使用KW01芯片作为通信芯片,实现与终端节点的无线数据传输;服务器层作为数据处理与存储的中心,实现了安全的访问控制,并通过ASP技术为不同的用户提供其所需的实时系统运行情况,和系统输出大气的质量。 This paper designs an intelligent purification and monitoring system which can deals with industrial waste gas and oil and is based on WSCN. This system framework consists of terminal layer, middle layer and server layer.Terminal layer uses a chip of 32bit KW01(short for MKW01ZI28) as control and transmit unit,which is set in purifier.In this layer, chip KW01 collect the information of the purifier and send these data to middle layer though Zigbee. In the middle layer, chip KW01 communicates with terminal layer though Zigbee and chip K60 communicates with server layer though WCDMA/ GSM.The server layer saves the data witch is received from middle layer and shows different real-time information of system by ASP.NET to different group of users under role based access control.
