摘要
采用粉末X射线衍射(PXRD)鉴定了一种载担型铂催化剂的晶体物相,并应用化学计量学峰形拟合法和Scherrer法计算了其中铂的晶粒尺寸。其主要物相鉴定结果为:铂(Pt)、氧化铝(γ-Al2O3)。Pt(111)晶面晶粒尺寸为10.4nm。X射线荧光光谱(XRF)分析该催化剂中Pt的质量分数为0.25%。
The crystalline phase in a supported platinum catalyst was identified by powder X‐ray dif‐fraction ,and the grain size of platinum was calculated by using chemometrics profile fitting and Scherrer method. The results indicated that the main phase was platinum (Pt) and alumina (γ‐Al2 O3 ). The grain size of Pt (111) was 10.4 nm. The content of Pt in the catalyst was analyzed by X‐ray fluorescence spec‐trometry ,and mass percentage of Pt was 0.25 %.
