新辅助化疗对宫颈癌患者复发转移相关因子的影响被引量：1

摘要目的：观察新辅助化疗对宫颈癌患者复发转移相关因子及肿瘤标志物的影响。方法选取2012年1月至2014年3月76例宫颈癌患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各38例。对照组进行广泛全子宫切除及淋巴结清扫手术治疗，观察组则于术前采用卡铂及紫杉醇进行化疗，比较分析两组患者治疗前及手术后的血清复发转移相关因子及肿瘤标志物水平。结果观察组术后4、8周的血清复发转移相关因子及肿瘤标志物水平低于对照组（P均〈0.05）。结论新辅助化疗能够降低宫颈癌患者术后复发转移相关因子及肿瘤标志物水平。
