摘要
对云南某地重晶石矿进行了化学组成研究和工艺矿物学研究,结果表明该矿石中有价矿物重晶石具有低品位、细粒嵌布的特征。在此基础上,对该矿石进行了重选预先抛尾试验、浮选条件试验及流程结构试验,结果表明重选抛尾不适合此矿石的预先抛废,浮选是实现有价矿物有效回收的较佳手段。浮选条件试验和流程结构试验表明,以水玻璃作为抑制剂,油酸钠作为捕收剂,采用一次粗选(分段加药),二次精选(第二次精选开路)的闭路工艺流程,在原矿重晶石品位为60.57%的条件下,可以获得精矿品位97.31%,回收率84.36%的化工级重晶石精矿以及品位91.52%,回收率为10.32%的加重剂级重晶石精矿,使重晶石得到高效回收。
Study on process mineralogy and chemical composition was conducted for a barite ore in Yunnan prov- ince. The results showed that the valuable barite has the characteristics of low-grade and fine dissemination. On the basis, the discarding railings by gravity concentration, the flotation condition test and the process structure test were carried on ,which shows that the direct flotation was the better than discarding tailings by gravity concentration to concentrate the valuable minerals. The flotation condition test and the process structure test showed when the sodium silicate was used as depressant, sodium oleate as collector, the closed-circuit process of one roughing ( stage agent addition) ,two cleanings(the second is open)was employed, and the barite grade is 60. 57%, the chemical grade barite concentrate with grade of 97.31% and recovery of 84. 36% and the barite concentrate for the agent level with the grade of 91.52% and the recovery of 0. 32%was obtained,which high-efficiently recovered barite.
