摘要
阐述了利用微信公众平台开展信息服务的优势。对14家大学图书馆进行调研,总结当前高校图书馆利用微信公众平台开展信息服务的现状。认为服务内容、方式较为单一,未充分利用微信的互动与社交功能,知识内容呈现方式与用户期待不符是其存在的不足,就此提出改进建议。并构建了一种以用户为中心的微信公众信息服务平台模式。
The paper expounds the advantages of using WeChat public platform to develop information service. It surveys 14 uni-versity libraries to sum up the current utilization of their using WeChat public platform to develop information service.It points out that the shortcomings are relatively simple service contents and modes, underutilization of WeChat’s interactive and social functions, and knowledge presenting ways not according with user’s expect. For these it puts forward improvement suggestions and builds a user-cen-tered mode for WeChat public information service platform.
