摘要
中医辨证论治及综合调治免疫性血小板减少症,不仅能显著改善临床症状,而且可减轻西药毒副作用、维持疗效,不少患者经过中药治疗甚至可以得到长期缓解或痊愈。但在其治疗研究过程中还存在很多不足,中医治疗以辩证为主,大多局限在临床研究观察方面,缺乏统一的临床疗效标准,主观性较强,具体用药及有效成分的相关作用机制的实验研究较少。今后要进一步的深入研究,统一疾病的辨证分型和临床疗效评定标准,通过规范和合理化的临床试验设计,对中医药甚至单味药进行合理的临床实验研究,探讨其调节免疫的作用机制。
Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） syndrome differentiation and treatment and the comprehensive regulation and treatment can not only remarkably improve the clinical symptoms,but reduce the side effects and maintain the efficacy of western medicine. Many patients enjoy long-term relief or complete cure if treated with Chinese medicine. However,there＇s some weakness in the research process. The TCM treatment takes syndrome differentiation as the priority and most localizes in the clinical observation and thus lacks unified clinical evaluation criterion of the therapeutic effect. Besides,it is relatively subjective and the experimental study on the action mechanism of specific drug use and active ingredients is far from enough. As a result,we need to further the research and unify the syndromes pattern of the disease as well as the clinical evaluation criterion of the therapeutic effect. With standardized and reasonable clinical experimental design,the Chinese medicine even single herb will be reasonably researched with clinical experimental study to explore its action mechanism of immunoregulation.
