摘要
目的:观察三黄液灌肠联合微波物理治疗仪治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将108例随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各54例。治疗组采用三黄液灌肠及微波物理治疗仪治疗,对照组采用甲硝唑阴道泡腾片。结果:治疗组有效率为94.44%,对照组有效率为53.70%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三黄液灌肠联合微波物理治疗仪治疗盆腔炎疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of enema of Sanhuang Liquid combined with XZSP-W on pelvic inflammation.Methods： 108 cases were randomized into treatment group（54 cases） given nema of Sanhuang Liquid combined with XZSP-W and control group（54 cases） given Metronidazole Vaginal Effervescent Tablets. Results： The effective rate was 53. 70% in control group and 94. 44% in treatment group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Enema of Sanhuang Liquid combined with XZSP-W has remarkable effects on pelvic inflammation.
