摘要
目的:观察活血散结汤治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:2012年1月—2014年6月,本院共收治62例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为对照组40例和治疗组22例,对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组采用活血散结汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后子宫大小和子宫肌瘤大小,在治疗结束后停药三个月,对两组患者进行B超复查和内诊复查,比较分析两组患者的康复和复发情况。结果:治疗组治愈率为57.5%,有效率为92.5%,显著高于对照组痊愈率(25.0%)和有效率(75.0%)(P<0.05);两组患者子宫大小评分和子宫肌瘤大小评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),与对照组比较,两组在治疗后子宫大小评分和子宫肌瘤大小评分比较中均无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组复发率为0,显著低于对照组复发率21.1%(P>0.05)。结论:活血散结汤治疗子宫肌瘤可以明显改善患者的临床症状,安全可靠,远期疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Sanjie Decoction in the treatment of uterine fibroid. Methods： A total of 62 patients with uterine fibroid admitted in our hospital from January,2012 to June,2014 were randomly divided into control group（40 cases） and treatment group（22 cases）. Control group was treated with western medicine while treatment group with Huoxue Sanjie Decoction. The sizes of uterine and uterine fibroid before and after treatment were compared between two groups. 3 months after the drug withdrawal,B-ultrasound and endoscopic re-examinations were conducted to both groups so as to compare and analyze the rehabilitation and recurrence between two groups. Results： The recovery rate and effective rate of treatment group were 57. 5% and 92. 5%,evidently higher than the 25. 0% and 75. 0% in control group,respectively（ P〈0. 05）.The size scores of uterine and uterine fibroid decreased apparently after treatment than treatment before,but there was no significant difference between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The recurrent rate of treatment group was 0,markedly lower than the 21. 1% in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Huoxue Sanjie Decoction,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with uterine fibroid,is safe and reliable with excellent long-term efficacy.
