摘要
目的:观察中医分期辨证治疗在老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后愈合中的应用效果。方法:选取本院收治的80例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机平行分组法随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组常规给予经皮椎体成形术复位、术后功能锻炼,治疗组在此基础上于术后联用中医分期辨证治疗,疗程为12周,比较两组患者骨折愈合效果、骨痂形成评分。结果:治疗组与对照组有效率分别为97.5%、90.0%,显效率分别为77.5%、60.0%,治疗组总有效率与显效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6周、12周时治疗组较同期对照组骨痂形成评分均明显增高(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:中医分期辨证治疗可有效促进老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后愈合、促进骨痂形成。
Objective： To evaluate the application results of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） syndrome differentiation by stages for the healing of postoperative senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture. Methods： 80 cases with senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture received by this hospital were selected as the research objects and randomized into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. Control group were conventionally performed percutaneous vertebroplasty and postoperative functional training. Treatment group were additionally conducted TCM syndrome differentiation by stages. After a treatment of 12 weeks,the fracture healing results and porosis score in two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were respectively 97. 5%,90. 0% and the marked effect rate respectively 77. 8%,60. 0%. Both the total effective rate and the marked effect rate of treatment group were higher than these in control group（ P〈0. 05）. At the 6th and 12 th week of treatment,the porosis scores in treatment groups were higher than these in control group at the same period,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM syndrome differentiation by stages can effectively promote the healing of postoperative senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture as well as the porosis.
