摘要
目的探讨肾穿刺组织最合适的脱水程序。方法随机选取新鲜肾穿刺标本80例,每例取材3份,固定后按不同脱水程序分为3组:A组为新型超声结合水浴加温组、B组为常规大体标本脱水组、C组为小标本单独脱水组。3组所做的切片均进行HE染色和特殊染色。结果小标本单独脱水组,HE染色切片厚薄均匀平整,细胞染色鲜艳,无皱缩现象,对比度清晰,各项特殊染色着色鲜艳、定位准确,优于其余两组。结论应用小标本快速脱水组制作的切片质量优良,完全满足肾组织临床病理诊断的需要,既缩短了制片时间,又提高了制片质量。
Objective To investigate the most suitable dehydration procedure of renal biosy tissues. Methods 80 renal biopsy specimens had been selected. Three small pickling tissues were cut from each case and were divided into three groups: Group A for fast ultrasonic processing technology, which combined with the water bath method.Group B for routine dehydration of large samples. Group C for dehydration program of small specimen. The three groups of sections were observed by HE staining and special staining. Results Rapid dehydration program of small specimen was better than the other two groups. In this group, all the HE and special staining slices were uniform and smooth, with bright staining, clear contrast and accurate positioning. Conclusion Rapid dehydration program of small specimens was the most suitable dehydration procedure of renal biosy tissues, which not only shortened the production time, but also improved the sample quality.
