摘要
目的:总结化疗联合细胞免疫治疗肺癌患者的护理经验。方法:对35例肺癌患者进行化疗和细胞免疫治疗(DC联合CIK),治疗前后进行护理。结果:细胞培养10d后回输,疾病控制率为91.4%,疾病进展率为8.6%。无明显细胞免疫治疗相关副作用。患者治疗过程中给予心理护理,促进了患者对采血、回输的顺应性。治疗中出现的轻微副反应,可给予对症处理和相应的护理措施,达到减轻患者痛苦的目的。结论:肺癌患者细胞免疫治疗过程中,加强心理护理和对症处理措施,可提高患者对治疗的认识和顺应性。
Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of chemotherapy plus cell immunotherapy for lung cancer. Methods:35 cases of lung cancer were treated by chemotherapy plus cell immunotherapy. Results:Cells were reinfusion after 10 days in culture. The disease controlling rate was 91.2%. Disease progression was 8.8%. No obvious side effect in the treatment of cell-mediated immunity. Patients received psychological nursing, with the blood reinfusion and re-infusion. During the treatment, there was some slight side effect. The patients received nursing could reduce the pain. Conclusion:Treating lung cancer by cell immunotherapy treatment, psychological care and symptomatic treatment could increase the patient’s understanding and compliance.
