摘要
42Cr Mo钢是一种应用广泛的高强度合金结构钢,为了研究42Cr Mo钢的车削过程,应用Deform 3D软件进行车削加工仿真,结合仿真结果分析了车削过程中切削力和切削温度的变化规律,为42Cr Mo钢实际车削加工切削力和切削热研究提供理论参考。
In order to study the turning process of 42CrMo steel which is a high-strength alloy structural steel widely used inmany field, turning simulation is conducted by using the Deform 3D software, and the change regularity of the cutting forceand cutting temperature in turning process is analyzed combined with the simulation results, thus a theoretical reference for thestudy on cutting force and cutting heat in the actual turning process of the 42CrMo steel is provided.
