摘要
为延长抛丸器前曲叶片的使用寿命,实现高效抛丸除锈,用ansys建立了忽略底座和考虑底座的两种叶片实体模型,用SURF154和SOLID45单元对叶片实体划分单元,再对叶片施加约束和载荷的有限元分析,其结果显示:两种实体模型的叶片总体均为低应力分布,但存在明显的应力集中点;全长底座叶片有应力变化范围更大、应力集中程度小且最大应力值较小的优点。
In order to extend the service life of shot blasting machine's forward-curve blade and improve the efficiency of shotblasting, this paper uses the ANSYS to build two kinds of blade entity model, which are the blade take the lampstand into ac-count and ignore the lampstand, the division of the blade grid depends on both SURF154 and SOLID45 units and uses the nod-al load loading method at last. The results show that the two types of entity model are all in low-stress distribution, but thereare obvious stress concentration points. The blade consider the overall length lampstand has the advantage of small range ofstress variation, low stress concentration and small value of maximum stress.
