摘要
介绍了氨合成系统开车初期避免设备结冰损坏的3种主要方式,即手动控制压力流程、注氨流程和气体一次性通过流程。着重阐述了注氨流程的原理,并从工艺的角度对3种流程进行了分析和比较,对开车方式的选择给出了初步建议。
Author has introduced 3 processes for avoiding equipment freezing damage during initial start ̄up of ammonia synthesis system, i. e. manu ̄al pressure control process, ammonia injection process and gas once passage. Expatiated upon the ammonia injection process principles and made analysis and comparison on these three processes from the viewpoint of process, and gave out preliminary recommendations for selection of start ̄up processes.
