摘要
目的研究玄参科穗花属植物勒马回[Pseudolysimachion linariifolium subsp.dilatatum(Nakai&Kitagawa)D.Y.Hong]的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱的方法进行分离、纯化,通过各种波谱技术对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别为三十一烷、α-生育酚、β-谷甾醇、亚油酸。结论所有化合物均为首次在该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Pseudolysimachion linariifolium subsp.dilatatum（Nakai＆amp;Kitagawa）D.Y. Hong.Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column and sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and identified by a-nalysis of their spectra data.Results Four compounds were obtained and identified as hentriacontane,α-tocopherol,β-sitosterol,linole-ic acid.Conclusions All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
