近年来,国内频繁爆发的食品安全问题给部队集体饮食安全敲响了警钟。加强集体饮食安全管理,确定各类风险危害程度,制定防范风险的有效措施,力求把影响部队饮食安全的风险最小化,以确保部队集体饮食安全。
