摘要
近年来,钢领钢丝圈的技术进步体现在制造材质提高、加工设备升级、表面处理技术的改进。文章介绍了高性能钢领和优质钢丝圈的质量升级目标、钢领钢丝圈必须具备的条件及钢领钢丝圈的合理选配。钢领与钢丝圈配合使用时要处理好钢领直径与锭子速度关系、钢领钢丝圈使用周期与成纱质量关系、细纱断头与锭子速度关系、纺纱品种与配套使用钢领钢丝圈关系等。
Over the past few years, great progress has been made in the manufacturing technology of ring and traveler for spinning machine, which are reflected in improved quality of raw materials, upgraded manufacturing equipment and advanced surface treatment technology. The paper introduces the goals for upgrading the quality of ring and traveler, necessary requirements on ring and traveler and rational selection of ring and traveler. It proposes that the following relations should be properly handled when using and selecting ring and traveler： the relation between ring diameter and spindle speed, the relation between life cycle of ring and traveler and yarn quality, the relation between spun yarn breakage and spindle speed, and the relation between yarn variety and selected ring and traveler.
