摘要
目的:探讨临床中复方阿嗪米特与阿普唑仑联合治疗功能性消化不良的效果.方法:选取海口市第三人民医院2013-01/2014-12 120例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为联合组与常规组,常规组给予复方阿嗪米特治疗,联合组给予复方阿嗪米特与阿普唑仑联合治疗,观察两组疗效.结果:联合组vs常规组临床治疗总有效率91.7%vs 73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合组与常规组临床症状积分比较(5.3分±0.8分vs 8.8分±1.5分),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:临床中对于功能性消化不良患者采取复方阿嗪米特与阿普唑仑联合治疗效果显著,提高临床疗效,不良反应少,值得临床中应用.
AIM： To investigate the clinical efficacy of intimidate combined with alprazolam in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. METHODS： One hundred and twenty functional dyspepsia patients treated at the Third People＇s Hospital of Haikou City from January 2013 to December 2014 were included in this study, and they were randomly divided a combination treatment group and a conventional treatment group. The conventional treatment group was given intimidate alone, and the combination group was given intimidate and alprazolam. Clinical efficacy was compared for the two groups RESULTS： The total effective rate was significantly higher in the combination group than in the conventional treatment group （91.7% vs 73.3%, P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the clinical symptom score was significantly lower in the combination group than in the conventional treatment group （5.3 ±0.8 vs 8.8 ± 1.5, P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Azintamide and alprazolam combination therapy is associated with significantly improved clinical efficacy and fewer side effects in patients with functional dyspepsia compared with azintamide alone.
