摘要
人类精子DNA是遗传信息的载体。其损伤会导致胚胎发育中断或自然流产,自然受孕率下降,产生先天性畸形儿等。一般认为精子DNA损伤与精子发生过程中的核蛋白组型转换异常、氧化应激、细胞异常凋亡、外界刺激等有关。目前,人们普遍认为发育成熟的精子丢失了DNA损伤修复能力,精子DNA损伤后主要依赖于受精卵的修复系统修复。
Human sperm DNA is the carrier of genetic information.Sperm DNA damage can lead to embryonic development interruption, spontaneous abortion, low rates of natural conception, which will result in congenital malformations children and so on.In generally, sperm DNA damage is includ nucleoprotein converter abnormalities, oxidative stress, abnormal apoptosis and other relevant external stimuli.Now, people think that mature sperm lost DNA repair capacity.Sperm DNA repair depends on the zygote repair systems.
