摘要
为全面反映自回热甲醇精馏系统的用能情况及其相对传统系统的用能合理性,以热力学第二定律的分析为基础,用工艺用能三环节的评价方法对两系统进行了用能宏观分析,结果表明自回热系统净供入能比传统系统降低了86.43%,节能效果显著。另外,改进系统的有效转换率与循环利用率分别为93.18%和61.42%,远大于传统系统的63.66%以及1.38%;并且改进系统的净损比传统系统降低56.69%。同时,对自回热系统进行最小传热温差ΔTmin特性研究发现ΔTmin选取在8-11℃为宜。
To reflect the energy of the distillation process of methanol - water advanced with self - heat recuperation theory., analysis of energy and exergy based on the second law of thermodynamics was carried out with the three - link method on the conventional system and the advanced one, which suggested the energy input of the latter is decreased 86.43% of the former, respectively. Moreover,the conversion efficiency and recycling ratio of exergy of the advanced one were 93.18% and 61.42% respectively which are much more than those of the conventional system (63.66% and 1.38% ). Meanwhile, further research on the minimum temperature difference indicated 8 - 11 K is reasonable.
