摘要
在静电除尘过程中,常对粉尘比电阻有一定要求。受温度、湿度以及粉尘浓度等影响,谐振频率发生改变,除尘效率大大降低,故提出了一种可自动跟踪频率的串联谐振全桥变换器以克服其局限性。首先建立了放电端的负载等值电路模型,分析了负载等效后的串联谐振电路的特性;然后设计了基于DSP的自动频率跟踪算法。实验结果表明,频率跟踪控制能较好地跟踪谐振频率。
In the process of electrostatic precipitation, dust specific resistivity is often required. Temperature, humidity and dust concentration have a great influence on resonant frequency to reduce dust removal efficiency. So a frequency tracking series resonant converter is introduced to overcome the limitations. An equivalent circuit model of discharge load is built, characteristics of a series resonant converter with the load equivalent are analyzed, and automatic frequency track based on DSP is designed. Experiment results show that the resonant frequency tracking control can work well.
