摘要 沈阳市东软3号街跨白塔堡河桥为4×15m预应力混凝土简支空心板梁桥,单跨主梁横桥向布置13块预制空心板,中板重约20t,边板重约22t。由于施工场地受限,采用单台大型汽车吊"钓鱼法"架设预制空心板。吊机选用徐工QY130K(130t)汽车吊机,可满足13m吊幅和22t吊重要求;建立吊机四点支承受力计算模型简图,得到吊机支腿反力最大值为501.3kN,小于空心板承载能力,空心板受力满足要求,验证了该方案的可行性。施工采用单台汽车吊机站位到已架设的空心板顶面,按照先中梁后边梁的顺序,逐跨完成架梁作业。该桥通过"钓鱼法"的合理运用,快速完成了上部结构施工。 The bridge crossing the Baitabao River on the No. 3 Dongruan Street in Shenyang is a 4× 15 m prestressed concrete simply-supported void slab bridge. 13 precast void slabs are in- stalled transversely in each span, the central slab weighs about 20 t,and the side slab 22 to Due to the space constraint at the construction site, the precast void slabs were installed by the "fishing method". The QY130K(130 t)truck crane manufactured by XCMG (Xugong Construction Machin- ery Group) ,with the capacity of 13 m lifting amplitude and 22 t lifting weight, was selected. The calculation model schematic diagram for the four-point load bearing condition of the lifting crane was set up, the calculation results show that the maximum reaction force of the supports of the lifting crane is 501.3 kN, less than the load bearing capacity of the void slabs, and the load bearing capacity of the void slabs can meet the requirements, proving the feasibility of the scheme. During the construction process, a single truck crane was moved to the top of the void slabs already erected, following the sequence of intermediate spans first and side spans later, the construction of the slabs was conducted span by span. By using the "fishing method", the construction of the super- Structure was completed rapidly.
