摘要
凿岩机轴套为带实心杆部的杯杆类零件,其成形过程较为复杂,下部为实心杆件,上部分为空心杯型,切削加工过程复杂,金属利用率低。针对其结构特点,本文提出了两工步冷挤压成形方案,并使用有限元模拟软件DEFORM对其成形过程进行模拟和分析,得到了较好的成形效果。
The axle sleeve of drilling machine is a part that contains solid rod and cup shape, the process is intricate, bottom part is solid rod and top part is a hollow cup shape, cutting process are intricate, the rate of metal useing are low.For the structural features, this paper puts forward two step-forming method, using finite element simulation software DEFORM to simulate and analize extruding process of the axle sleeve of rock drill, and aquire a good result.
