摘要
阐述了一种汽车覆盖件传输变形新型有限元计算方式,充分考虑制件变形的影响因素,引入制件前工序成形刚度,精确表征了制件变形过程以及变形量。通过实际生产制件的验证,有效证明显式中心差分法计算此类跌落变形的可行性,可以在制件开发前期保证制件的可制造性。
Illustrates a new type finite element simulation for transmission deformation, fully considering the factors influencing the deformation of parts, include the forming stiffness come from before processes, precisely express the deformation process and number. Verified by practical production parts, dynamic explicit by central difference method to calculate such drop deformation is feasible, and ensure the product manufaeturability in the early stage of product development.
