摘要
大型土木工程项目是一项十分复杂的系统工程,具有投资巨大、周期长、参与方众多、风险高等特点,导致企业投资回报存在较大偏差。以珠海横琴综合开发项目为例,综合运用现代企业管理理论、期权理论、工程管理理论、计量经济学理论和信息论,对大型土木工程项目投资的全团队、全过程控制及全生命周期投资控制信息的集成管理进行探讨,提出项目全生命周期投资管控模型,供类似工程参考。
The large civil engineering project is a complex systems engineering, which is characterized by a huge investment, long cycle, participant characteristics, high risks, and which causes the investment bias. Taking Zhuhai Hengqin development project for example, using integratedly the modem enterprise management theory, option theory, project management theory, econometric theory and information theory, we probe into the integrated management information investment control of the whole team, the whole process control and the whole life cycle of investment for the large engineering project, and propose the project life cycle investment control model, to serve as reference for the similar engineering.
