腐植酸交联树脂合成及对Ni(Ⅱ)吸附性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以天然有机高分子腐植酸为主要原料,丙烯酸为共聚单体,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,span-65为分散稳定剂,采用反相悬浮聚合法制得腐植酸-N-异丙基丙烯酰胺交联树脂,通过静态吸附实验研究了其对水溶液中Ni(Ⅱ)的吸附性能,探讨了吸附温度、p H值对水中微量Ni(Ⅱ)吸附效果的影响。结果表明腐植酸交联树脂在35℃,p H值为4时对Ni(Ⅱ)的吸附率达到99.8%以上,对Ni(Ⅱ)具有良好的吸附能力。 A humic acid cross-linked resin was synthesized by reversed-phase suspension polymerization with natural organic macromolecular humic acid as main material, acrylic acid and N - isopropyl acrylamide as co -monomer, methylene bisacrylamide as the cross linking agent, potassium persulfate as the initiator and the span-65 as the stabilization agent. The cross-linked resin was used as an adsorbent in a series of bath adsorption experiments for the removal of Ni( Ⅱ) from aqueous solution. The effects of adsorption temperature, pH value on adsorption property were discussed. The results showed that the removal rate of Ni( Ⅱ) were up to 99. 8% with pH 4 at 35 ℃ .
