摘要
采用温室模拟干旱胁迫方法,对不同果形红干椒品系苗期生长和生理指标进行测定与分析,综合评价各品系的抗旱性。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,各品系植株相对生长率、叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势,相对电导率、丙二醛含量和游离脯氨酸含量呈增加趋势。采用欧氏距离法进行聚类分析,可将不同果形红干椒品系的抗旱性划分为相对抗旱、中度抗旱、相对旱敏感3个抗旱级别。相对抗旱红干椒品系的株型相对较矮、紧凑,果实形状为线形,相对旱敏感的红干椒品系株型相对较高、开展,果实为短羊角形。
The drought resistance of chilli pepper with different fruit shapes at seedling stage was identified and evaluated using the simulating drought stress method in greenhouse. The morphological and physiological indexes were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the relative growth rate, relative water content and chlorophyll content were decreased with the prolonging of drought stress. Meanwhile, relative electrical conductivity rate, content of MDA and free proline accumulation were increased. Using cluster analysis, 12 strains of chilli pepper were divided into three grades of drought resistance, i. e. , drought tolerant strains, moderate drought tolerant strains, and drought sensitive strains. The morphological characteristics of the drought tolerant strains was short and compact plant type with linear fruit. And the morphological characteristics of the drought sensitive strains was high and loose plant type with short-claw fruit.
