摘要
随着激光测量技术得到广泛应用,因此提高激光测距精度成为了一个热门的研究内容。本文首先主要介绍脉冲式激光测距的原理[1],为了精确检测回波信号,本文采用了门限法去除回波噪声[2]。基于能够有效地提高测量精度的目的,本文讨论了几种减少时间间隔测量误差的算法,结合系统的要求,提出一种在现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)中实现脉冲计数法与时间数字转换法相结合的方法来提高时间间隔测量精度[3-5]。实验结果表明,采用的测距算法有效地提高了测量精度。
As laser measure technology has been widely applied, therefore, to imporve the precision of laser ranging has become a hot research content.At frist, the paper introduced of the laser rangefinder principle, In order to detect the echo accurately, the thesis uses the threshold method to wipe off the noise. For the sake of improve the precision of the plused laser ranging (PLR), the paper discuss some algorithms to reduce the errors of time interval measurement, combined with the system's requiewments, both pulse counting method and time digital converter (TDC) algorithm used in FPGA. The experimental results show that the algorithm improve the precision.
