Determination of trace chromium in cement by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer

摘要 建立了X射线荧光光谱法测定水泥中微量Cr的方法。采用X射线荧光光谱仪对校准样品定值,无需商业标准样品或化学分析方法制备校准样品。制备玻璃熔片时,无需严格固定玻璃熔片的稀释比,用MLD系数即可将不同稀释比时的荧光强度转化为稀释比为5时的荧光强度。测定的RSD在3%以下,回收率为100.1%,检出限为2.7 mg/kg。方法适用于测定水泥中的微量Cr的测定。 This work mainly introduces a method for determination of trace chromium in cement with X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. The established method measured the content of Cr in the calibration samples by X- ray fluorescence spectrometer, rather than use of commercial standard samples or chemical analysis methods for preparation of calibration sample. Fixed dilution ratio of the melt beads is not required with (MLD) coefficient. It can convert fluorescence intensity under different dilution ratio to' that' of'under dilution ratio 5. The relative standard deviation(RSD) of the method is below 3 mg/kg, the average value of the recovery is 100. 1%, and the detection limit is 2.7 mg/kg. The method can be applied to determination of trace chromium in cement.
