摘要
建立了粉条中人工合成色素的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/M S)检测方法。样品经乙醇-水(2:3,V/V)提取后,聚酰胺柱富集净化,C18色谱柱分离,MS/MS多反应监测(MRM)测定红薯粉条中亮蓝、柠檬黄、日落黄等6种人工合成色素。方法检出限为0.001 mg/kg,回收率为79.9%~98.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.79%~5.9%。
A method for determination of synthetic pigments in starch noodles by high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) was proposed. The samples were extracted by ethanol-water (2:3, V/V), purified by polyamide column and separated by C18 column, then determinated by HPLC-MS/MS. Six kinds of synthetic pigments such as brilliant blue, tartrazine and sunset yellow were detected. The samples pretreatment process of this method was convenient and rapid with high precision and good accuracy, and the detection limit was as low as 0. 001 mg/kg. The average recoveries and relative standard deviations were 79.9% -98.4% and 0. 79% -5.9% , respectively. This method has been applied to detection of real samples with satisfied results, and provided a reliable evidence for the government to confirm whether starch noodles were tainted or not. It offered a scientific detection method for institutions.
