摘要
比较了盐酸二甲双胍(Met)在金电极、铂电极、玻碳电极上的电化学行为,结果表明Met在玻碳电极上具有最佳电化学信号;在此基础上,将单壁碳纳米管修饰的玻碳电极作为工作电极,在最佳实验条件下对Met进行检测,其响应电流与Met浓度在200~5000μmol/L范围呈良好的线性关系,定量限是100μmol/L,可用于检测尿液中的Met。
This study compared the electrochemical behaviors of mefformin glassy carbon electrode, showing that the best electrochemical signals for hydrochloride at gold electrode and Met were attained at glassy carbon electrode. To further improve the detection sensitivity, single-walled carbon nanotubes were adopted to modifly glassy carbon electrode as the working electrode for Met detection. Under optimum conditions, the linear range was 200 - 5000 μmol/L with the limit of quantification of 100 μmol/L and high recovery was gained for the determination of Met in spiked urine samples. This proposed method laid the foundation for fast and simple electrochemical determination of dopamine.
