摘要
提出采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定钆镁合金中钆的含量。用盐酸溶解样品,溶液稀释20倍后,在分析谱线310.050 nm处进行测定。选择仪器最佳工作条件,研究共存元素的干扰。结果表明:钆的线性范围为1~100μg/m L,线性相关系数大于0.999 7;加标回收率为98.9%~101.1%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=11)为0.61%~1.06%。
A method of ICP-AES determination of gadolinium content in gadolinium-magnesium alloy was proposed. The sample was dissolved in hydrochloric,the sample solution obtained was diluted 20 times and determined at the wavelength of 310.050 nm. The optimum work condition was selected and the inference of coexistent element was studied. The results show that linear range for gadolinium is between 1 μg/m L and 100 mg/m L,correlation coefficient is larger than 0.999 7. Values of recovery obtained by standard addition method are found in the range of 98.9%-101.1%,and the relative standard deviations(n=11)are0.61%-1.06%.
