摘要
目的：研究分析在儿科护理中静脉留置针应用结果，探索更好的儿科护理效果。方法搜集本院2014年1～12月收治的儿科200例患者，所有患儿随机分为实验组和对照组各100例。实验组采取静脉留置针，对照组进行常规护理不留针，对比分析两组患者的临床护理效果以及患儿和家属满意度。结果出院后实验组患儿及家属对穿刺技术、输液状态、健康宣教等行动评分，分别为（91.3±2.5）分、（93.8±1.8）分、（95.2±0.8）分，全部高于对照组，并发症的发生率（3.9%）也低于对照组的（9.1%）。P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论在儿科护理中采用静脉留置针可以有效提高儿科护理工作效率。
Objective Research and analysis in the pediatric care intravenous catheter application results, and explore the effect of better pediatric care.MethodsCollecting hospital in January 2014 ～ December treated 200 cases of pediatric patients, all patients were randomly divided into experimental and control group 100 cases.comparative analysis of the clinical care of patients as well as the effect of the two groups of children and family satisfaction.Results Transfusion status, health, education and other action score, respectively （91.3±2.5） points, （93.8±1.8） points, （95.2 ±0.8） points, all higher, the incidence of complications （3.9%） is lower than the control group （9.1%）.P〈0.05, signiifcant difference.
