摘要
目的观察预见性治疗对阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎药物不良反应的干预效应。方法将100例治疗对象随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。两组患儿入院后均完善常规治疗,且同时均予以阿奇霉素10 mg/(kg·d)加入5%的葡萄糖注射液250 ml中缓慢静滴,每日2次,连用5 d。后改为干混悬剂10 mg/(kg·d),每日1次,连用3 d,停4 d。此为1个疗程,连用2个疗程评定疗效。在此基础上,根据观察组患儿的具体情况,个体化地选择应用预见性的防治措施,以预防不良反应发生。待两组患儿上述不同措施实施2周后,观察药物不良反应发生情况并比较,数据进行统计学处理(χ2检验)。结果观察组采用预见性治疗后,其各项常见胃肠道药物不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P均<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论预见性治疗用于预防阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎药物不良反应的发生具有良好的效果。
Objective To observe the intervention effect of predictabletrea tment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children of adverse drug reactions of azithromycin. Party.Methods100 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group. To improve the conventional treatment group were two patients, and were treated with azithromycin 10 mg/ (kg·d) and 5% glucose injection 250 ml in slow quiet drop, 2 times a day, for 5 d. To dry suspension agentinto dry suspension agent 10 mg/ (kg·d), 1 times daily for 3 d, stop 4 d. This is the 1 period of treatment, evaluation of curative effect after 2 courses. On this basis, according to the specific circumstances of the patients in the observation group, individual choice and application of predictive control measures to prevent the occurrence of adverse reaction. 2 weeks after the two groups of children with different measuresfor the implementation of, to observe and compare the incidence of adverse drug reactions, data for statistical analysis (χ2 test).Results The observation group with preventive treatment, the occurrence of the common gastrointestinaladverse drug reaction rate were lower than the control group (P〈0.01), The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The treatment for the prevention of predictability of azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children has good effect of adverse reactions.
