摘要
目的探讨二次根管治疗术治疗牙髓炎、尖周炎的临床效果。方法 100颗牙髓炎、尖周炎患牙均采取二次根管治疗,观察记录术后72 h、术后1周的疼痛情况,计算疼痛发生率,术后1年复查,观察患牙的治疗效果。结果术后72 h疼痛0级78颗(78%)、I级16颗(16%)、II级4颗(4%)、III级2颗(2%),疼痛发生率为22%;术后1周疼痛0级85颗牙(85%)、I级12颗(12%)、II级3颗(3%)、III级0颗,疼痛发生率为15%。复查疗效:治愈86颗牙(86%)、有效11颗(11%)、失败3颗(3%),总有效率为97%。结论牙髓炎、尖周炎采取二次根管治疗效果显著,术后疼痛较轻,并发症少,安全有效。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of two root canal in treatment of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis.Methods 100 cases of pulpitis, periapical periodontitis teeth were taken secondary root canal treatment. To observe and record pain grade of 72 h and one week after operation, to calculate the incidence rate of pain, after one year review, to observe the therapeutic effect of teeth.ResultsPostoperative pain for 72 h in the level 0 78 teeth （78%）, grade I 16 teeth （16%）, grade II 4 stars （4%）, grade III 2 （2%）, pain occurred rate was 22%, postoperative pain for 1 week 0 85 teeth （85%）, grade I 12 teeth （12%）, grade II in 3 teeth （3%）, grade III 0 star, pain occurred rate of 15%. Follow-up： cure 86 teeth （86%）, 11 （11%）, 3 （3%） failed, the total effective rate was 97%.Conclusion Secondary root canal in treatment of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis can obtain signiifcant curative effect, less with postoperative pain, fewer complications, it is safe and effective.
