摘要
目的分析无陪护护理在普外科病区的应用效果。方法选取我院普外科收治的患者880例,将其随机分为观察组(无陪护护理)与对照组(常规护理),比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理质量评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组,陪护率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无陪护护理在普外科病区的应用效果好。
Objective To discuss non accompany nursing application effect in the department of general surgery ward. Methods 880 patients were selected in our hospital admitted to the department of general surgery,and randomly divided into observation group（without accompanying nursing）and control group（routine nursing）,the nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group,nursing quality score,nursing satisfaction scores were higher than those in the control group,accompany rate lower than that of the control group,there was statistical y significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of non accompanying nursing in department of general surgery ward is good.
